Brighton Students' Union is a membership organisation and you - our members - elect those who lead.
All Brighton students have a role to play in how we run. It's really important you have your say on who you want to represent your views whilst you study at the University of Brighton.
Elections happen for lots of different representative roles. You'll be able to vote in lots of elections that affect you as well as stand for different positions.

Society Elections
At BSU we have over 50 active societies who have elected committee members. In XXXX, we run elections to find the students to lead these clubs and societies the following year.
Every society is led by a committee, who help plan events, fundraise and ensure their group runs smoothly.
Committee positions are elected by the current society members and anyone in a society can stand.
It's a great opportunity to grow your skills and have greater influence over the direction of your society.
Our Society Elections open on XXXX and voting takes place XXXX.
Want to nominate yourself for a Committee position? Talk to our Activities Team {email} who can help.
